CLJackson | READY TO HEAL
Hey there!
I'm so excited and grateful you've decided to come on this journey with me. Just being here means you're ready to do the hard but important work so you can live more purposefully and experience a greater sense of well-being. This course will help you move out of trauma or survival mode and take you through the first step of my P.O.W.E.R. program:
ARRIVE--Where you'll learn what it means to "show up" for yourself and take important inventories that will help you overcome obstacles you've been facing and get started on the right foot.
This course is designed to nurture every part of you, from the spiritual to the physical. Achieving your goals should be a beautiful process of evolution. Together, we will learn how to bring any vision to life, but also to master the arts of self-reflection and self-care.
I believe in you. You've already achieved amazing things! And once you've taken some time to uncover and heal from the situations and circumstances that have been holding you back, you'll be able to achieve much MUCH more!
In this course, you will:
After spending 20+ years as a thought leader for a leading Aerospace and Defense company overseeing a large staff of engineers and a sizeable budget, I decided to make a bold move by resigning from corporate during the COVID-19 global pandemic (before I felt #READY) and decided to launch CLJackson Logistics, LLC, a mid-size company and Delivery Services Partner with Amazon. It's been an adventure and I've learned a lot!
In 2012, I established a speaking platform through which I offer personal and professional development coaching to students and women. There's nothing I love more than sharing my passion, influence, and personal narrative to mentor, inspire, and guide others toward living life “out loud” and on purpose. I’ve had to do a LOT of healing to get here, but it’s because of this, I feel compelled to show others the way.
I learned to thrive in a male-dominated industry where African American women make up just 1% of the workforce and I have a lot of wisdom to share from that experience. I was the 2020 recipient of the “Dr. King’s Keeper of the Dream” award from Raytheon’s RAYBEN organization, a nominee for Raytheon’s “Women to Watch” award (2013), and the recipient of “The Black Engineer of the Year (BEYA) Modern Day Technology Leadership Award” (2011).
While my accomplishments have earned me many accolades, my success story has an unlikely beginning. It is this difficult part of my story that I feel most compelled to share in my books and at speaking engagements because it puts the impossible odds I've overcome in perspective. Believe me...if I can do it, YOU can too. I'll show you how.
I believe, with all my heart, that individuals have the power to choose success over circumstance and I use my life lessons and strategies to inspire others to strive for excellence in all they do. Ready? Let's GO!!!
